Salvation Army Bell Ringing 2007

We are looking for volunteers to ring bells on Friday, December 14, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Family Fare on South Washington Street.  Contact Roscoe for available time slots.

Kamp Kiwanis Open House - September 17, 2007

In conjunction with the Kamp Kiwanis Foundation, we are hosting an Open House of the Kamp and its facilities.  Our focus is on the area youth groups and organizations who might be able to use the property and facilities.

The Dictionary Project - February & March 2007

We are working in conjunction with the national Dictionary Project program to provide dictionaries to third-graders in the area.

By the end of the school year, we donated over 900 dictionaries to students!  Wow!  Every third-grade student in the Holland and West Ottawa public schools received a dictionary, and based on the thank-you letters, they were greatly appreciated!

Resthaven Christmas Party

On Tuesday, December 5th, from 6:45 - 8:00 p.m. we will be helping the Resthaven Care Center host their annual Christmas party.  We will be helping serve food, pass out gifts, and clean-up.  Bill, Gaye, Gabe, Tricia, and Hank are signed up.

Everything went well.  They had a small program and gifts for all of the residents.  We helped deliver the gifts, serve food, and clean-up.
